The typical worker spends twelve hours a week writing, reading, sorting and deleting email. This writing program introduces and reinforces techniques to help you write emails that are easy to read, professional and concise.
This learning experience is full of activities enabling all participants to practice editing and re-writing sample emails and can be customized for unique business groups or applications within an organization.
