Pete Isberg will lead the webinar discussion, along with his colleagues in the ADP Government Affairs Department. Pete is ADP’s VP of Government Relations and has been at the helm of analyzing the changing tax legislation, interviewed by Bloomberg, CNBC, Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, NPR and other national news outlets to provide guidance to U.S. businesses during this time of uncertainty.
Pete is responsible for managing legislative and regulatory affairs, covering a variety of employer compliance matters including employment tax payments and major legislative trends such as the Affordable Care Act, Tax Reform, and the FFCRA. He has over 30 years of experience working with state legislatures and Congress, as well as the IRS and state agencies, workforce development, child support enforcement, and municipal tax authorities.
