COVID has been called the great accelerator as it accelerated every major trend by at least five years! Overnight every business had to immediately adapt to the severe shutdowns in March, 2020. The hospitality and restaurant industries had to adapt or die. CPA firms had to adapt to the tidal wave of relief packages over the last two years and deal with a never-ending tax season. Now that we see the end of the pandemic it is time to reimagine and reinvent what’s next. The next normal is now and we have to continue moving our organizations/firms to a culture of constant innovation and change.
