#thinkplink: The Positivity Link to Flourishing

Online Course Available 24/7 CPE: 1.0 Format: On-Demand
COURSE DESCRIPTION

The leaders who will find and be given extraordinary opportunities in the next decade will be people who demonstrate mastery in three core areas: knowledge of self, relationship with others and an understanding of their larger environment.

Leadership is changing in very dramatic and important ways in the 21st century. The war for talent has become a war for attitude and aptitude as these two leadership competencies provide a competitive edge that cannot be easily duplicated.

This course is an introduction to the groundbreaking research from the fields of positive psychology and neuroscience that is changing the way we understand the human systems. The science is uncovering new ways to shape and strengthen our thinking and dispelling old myths that limit our growth and potential. Theories and practices from these fields give us insight on how to encourage our own growth and create the climates and cultures where teams excel. “The Positivity Link to Flourishing” is the introductory course, a doorway of sorts, to a world of possibility for the curious leader.
