Women are entering the workforce at a higher rate than men, they are steadily growing and performing with great success in many fields. However, they are still under-represented in leadership. Women at every level of an organization can be strong leaders. They have the knowledge and can bring essential skills like team leadership, strategic thinking and business acumen to their roles. To flourish as a leader, women need to increase their skills to lead, be heard and followed.
