LOGGING IN TO MACPA.ORG
MACPA.org recently completed a substantial technology transition. One of our priorities was the security of member data. Usernames and passwords were not copied over to the new site. In fact, we no longer use passwords at all. We now offer a password-free login method to access your account.
When you login to macpa.org, we do not verify your identity using a username and password. Instead, we rely on using one of your existing online accounts to tell us who you are. This happens every time you log in to the site. Because we don’t keep any passwords on file, there’s no data that can be “hacked.”
Logging in to macpa.org only requires a click. You don’t have to remember or type a password. For instance, if you’re already logged into Facebook, and you “Sign in using Facebook” on macpa.org, your identity is immediately verified, and you’re ready to start using the site.
Or, if you want to sign in to macpa.org using your email address, a verification email is sent to you that contains a one-time-use link. A single click on the button in the verification email we will log you in to the site.

. If you’re accustomed to renewing your membership every year, this will be the last year that you do so. MACPA now offers subscription memberships (billed either monthly or annually at your preference). Renewal will no longer be required.
MACPA has transitioned to membership subscriptions to create a better experience for our members. It offers a simplified payment structure (as it removes the need for annual membership renewals), keeps our membership roster and firm rosters more current, and provides a more widely-accepted means for younger CPAs to engage.
Depending on your membership type, you may choose to subscribe monthly or annually.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
MACPA.org is able to keep your credit card safe by not storing the data on our systems. Instead, we have partnered with one of the internet’s leading online payments processor, Stripe, to handle financial transactions and sensitive data.
FIRM ADMIN INFORMATION
Soon, macpa.org will allow organization admins, firm admins, and other proper staff levels to group-register members of your staff. In the meantime, please call our Member Service Center for help with group registrations and payment.

The events and on-demand CPE that you have purchased are available in the My CPE section of your account settings. If you’re logged in to the site, click on your name in the top navigation bar to access your account settings.
CPE transcripts are available in the My CPE section of your account settings. If you’re logged in to the site, click on your name in the top navigation bar to access your account settings. In most cases, transcripts are only provided after completion of a post-event survey which is used to verify your attendance, in accordance w/ NASBA standards for providers’ due diligence to verify attendance.
