So many MACPA members live in Baltimore City. In fact, our most famous member grew up in Baltimore City, and she is now the Chair of AICPA.
Kimberly’s story of success is unbelievable and unparalleled. For this reason she is being recognized by the Mayor of Baltimore, Catherine Pugh in the 2017 Citizen Success Citation.
We will celebrate with Kimberly. We will celebrate for Baltimore.
Kimberly’s story is part of MACPA’s story. And now it’s a part of your story.
Join us to network with the mayor and your CPA peers on October 17th.

In 1900 Baltimore was the fastest growing city in the United States as it transitioned from the old economy of agriculture to the new economy of manufacturing and trade. This new economy needed accountants with new skills and soon a law was passed certifying and licensing some of the first CPAs in the US. Today we are entering the 4th Industrial Revolution and CPAs are being called once again to continue keeping accountability and trust in our economy.
MACPA members are active in local community and civic activities all over the states, learning, leading and giving back to make where they live and work better.
MACPA is BOOSTING our local presence. Where our members are, there we are going to be, too.
Why? Because we believe in us.
