Alex has over 14 years experience providing assurance and audit
services to software and internet companies.
Alex has effectively designed and executed integrated audits for
multinational clients, including providing detailed analysis and
consultations relating to PCAOB regulations. Alex also has
extensive experience in public stock and debt offerings, including
initial public offerings, business combinations and private
placements. He has also played a key role in helping his clients
work through the details of a variety of corporate transactions,
including revenue agreements, restructurings, and mergers and
acquisitions. In addition, Alex has significant experience with
Securities and Exchange Commission rules and regulations.
