Andy specializes in tax consulting and compliance services for commercial enterprises. His areas of expertise include international, federal, state and local taxation with an emphasis on multi-state income tax and sales tax issues. Andy is a frequent speaker on federal and state tax planning strategies. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and is a former chairman of the state tax committee of the Maryland Association of CPAs. Andy received his bachelor's degree from the University of Baltimore, where he also earned his master's degree in taxation.
