HOWARD J.BOOKBINDER, CPA

Howard J. Bookbinder is a past president of the Bergen Chapter of the New Jersey Society of CPAs, and a past trustee of the New Jersey Society of CPAs. He is a contributing author and presenter for the Bergen Record's Tax Mailbag column and their Cable TV program. Howard authors the "Write-up Services for Small Businesses" published by the AICPA. He is a former instructor of accounting and taxation at Rutgers University, Western CPE covering business and individual tax updates and has lectured many professional and civic groups throughout the country including the American Society of Women Accountants and Bergen County Bar Association.
Howard is a frequent lecturer of tax seminars for the NJ Society of CPAs, the AICPA and has lectured at firms in the area of professional ethics and taxation. He chaired the Cooperation with the IRS for four years and is a current member of the NJ State Tax Committee. He was presented the 2003 Service Award by the NJ Society of CPAs.
