Michael L. Anchors, CPA, is a local firm shareholder who possesses more than two decades of experience with national and local firms. His expertise is in industry auditing, including restaurants, construction, wholesale, manufacturing and poultry. He also is recognized for his expertise with closely held corporations.
A continuing education instructor for more than 10 years, Mr. Anchors has been named an "Outstanding Instructor" by the Florida and Texas societies of CPAs. He previously has chaired the Texas Society of CPAs' Accounting and Auditing Curriculum Committee.
Mr. Anchors' other professional community involvement includes past president of a local professional speakers association, past state governor of the Optimist Club of Georgia, and past treasurer of the San Antonio YMCA.
