Walter Nunnallee, CPA, Esq.

Walter H. Nunnallee, Esq., CPA, is a professor of tax law at North Carolina University's School of Law in Durham. He worked as a CPA for Peat, Marwick, Main CPAs in Raleigh, N.C., and as an attorney for the law firms of Pyner & Spruill and Manning and Fulton and Skinner, both in Raleigh. Mr. Nunnallee is a member of the North Carolina Association of CPAs and the North Carolina Bar Association, for which he served as vice chair of the Tax Section from 1991-92. He also serves on the Board of Advisors of the J. Nelson Young Tax Institute. Mr. Nunnallee's academic credentials include a B.S. degree from Florida State University, a J.D. from the University of North Carolina and an LL.M in taxation from the University of Florida, where he finished first in his class.
