Kevin F. Bress is a managing member of the Towson law firm of Hodes, Pessin and Katz, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of estates, trusts and elder law. He graduated from the University of Baltimore School of law where he also completed his Masters of Science in Taxation. Currently, he teaches law courses in both of those programs at the university as an adjunct professor. Kevin has been given a superior “AV” rating by his peers under the Martindale-Hubbell system for evaluating attorney ethics and abilities. He serves an expert commentator for LexisNexis, authoring reviews of recent case decisions in the elder law field. Kevin has co-authored two books: Guiding Those Left Behind in Maryland 3rd Ed. and A Will is Not Enough in Maryland 3rd Ed. (Eagle Publishing 2007) written to aid consumers in understanding estate and probate issues.
