The speakers, Jody Padar and Jason Blumer met via Twitter. Both joined their dads’ sole proprietor firms after working elsewhere. Both are 40, and have taken their fathers' firms in new directions, with each firm experiencing phenomenal growth. They have joined to share their best practices. Jason’s focus is on Process, Client Selection, and ROWE. Jody’s focus is on SaaS Technology, Value Pricing and a firm without timesheets. What will a firm of the future look like It’s already here. This session is for those who would like to start their own firm or just need a jumpstart to grow and make their current firm more profitable. Jody and Jason will each share how they reinvented their fathers’ firms and how their dads are thrilled with the outcome.
