Conference advertising checklist: 

Sponsors are requested to submit both PRINT and ELECTRONIC media under their sponsorship contract. Please use the checklist below to gather your resources and send to MACPA. Please refer to your contract for deadlines and the size ad you agreed to provide.

 

PRINT MEDIA

Sponsors are requested to submit the following to MACPA:

  1. One ad for conference materials
  2. One ad for the Statement magazine
  3. One company logo for printed materials

1. Ad for conference materials

Note: Your conference material advertisement will be photocopied - not printed by a commercial printer.

If you choose to submit an advertisement for the conference materials, here are the requirements for the best reproduction of your ad:

  • Submit black and white artwork only
  • No bleeds
  • Photos and illustrations must be at a minimum of 300 dpi.
  • SIZE: Full page ad: 7.5" x 10"  |  Half page ad:(horizontal only) 7.5" x 5"
  • Save file as an eps, tif or pdf file and e-mail to classifieds@macpa.org. *

2. Ad for Statement magazine

This advertisement will be printed by a commercial printer and must be created at 300 dpi.

If you choose to submit an advertisement for the magazine, here are the requirements for the best reproduction of your ad:

  • Submit black and white artwork (halftones okay) or 4 color process (CYMK). No spot color. Convert RGB to CMYK or artwork will be rejected.
  • No bleeds
  • Photos and illustrations must be at a minimum of 300 dpi.
  • AD SIZES : Full page: 7.5" x 10"  |  Half page: (horizontal only) 7.5" x 5" | Quarter page: 3.5" x 5"
  • Save file as an eps, tif or pdf file and e-mail to classifieds@macpa.org. *

* If you would rather save your file onto a CD ROM or send a hard copy of your ad, please mail it to: MACPA, 901 Dulaney Valley Road, Suite 710, Towson, MD 21204.

 

3.Company logo for printed conference materials

Your company logo will be printed by a commercial printer and must be created at no less than 300 dpi.

  • Submit black and white artwork only.
  • Logo must be at a minimum of 300 dpi.
  • SIZE: No larger than 3" x 3" (or 216 x 216 pixels)
  • Save file as an eps, tif or jpg and e-mail to classifieds@macpa.org.

 

 

ELECTRONIC

Sponsors are requested to submit the following to MACPA:

  1. One company banner advertisement for MACPA Web site
  2. One company logo for MACPA Web site and e-newsletters*

* If you choose NOT to send a banner ad, MACPA will use the Web version of your company logo in place of the banner ad.

  • Banner ads may be animated or static
  • Banner ads display best in full color (RGB)
  • Banner ads must be within 165 x 50 pixels OR 120 x 120 pixels (= 72 dpi)
  • Banner ads must be saved in .jpg, .or gif formats

2. Company logo for MACPA Web site and e-newsletters

  • Logo can be in full color (RGB)
  • Logo must be within 165 x 50 pixels or 120 x 120 pixels (= 72 dpi)
  • Logos must be saved in .jpg, .or gif formats
