Sponsors are requested to submit both PRINT and ELECTRONIC media under their sponsorship contract. Please use the checklist below to gather your resources and send to MACPA. Please refer to your contract for deadlines and the size ad you agreed to provide.
CONFERENCE MATERIAL SPECS Sponsors are requested to submit the following to MACPA:
1. Ad for conference materialsNote: Please refer to your agreement to determine which type of conference material ad to submit. Most of our conferences provide digital materials but in some cases, the materials are printed. If the materials are printed, your advertisement will be photocopied - not printed by a commercial printer. DIGITAL MATERIAL SPECS If your contract indicates your ad will be digital, please submit your artwork to be displayed on our electronic billboard via a powerpoint slide. Please follow these requirements for the best reproduction of your DIGITAL ad:
