MACPA opens new classroom in Towson

The MACPA has opened its Towson Center, a new venue for public seminars, group meetings and private corporate training.

The center is also available for rent at member rates of $375 per day and $225 for a half-day. Non-members may rent the space for $475 per day and $275 for a half-day.

The new center offers:

  • high-speed Internet connections (bring your laptops);
  • a ceiling-mounted data projector;
  • a wireless network;
  • an ergonomically designed workspace for optimum comfort;
  • technologically equipped for a professional learning experience;
  • comfortable seating for 32 people;
  • a DVD player, flipchart and whiteboard;
  • beverage service;
  • a convenient, central location accessible from the Baltimore and Washington areas;
  • free parking; and
  • it’s within walking distance of the Towson Town Center mall.

Private lunch service is available through our neighbor, the Rain 903 Restaurant in the Sheraton Baltimore North hotel. Reduced hotel rates are also available if needed.

The facility is easily accessed (it's one mile from 695) and is located across the hall from the MACPA. The office is located at 901 Dulaney Valley Road, Dulaney Center II, Suite 709, Towson. Get directions here.

Columbia Center also available

The MACPA's Columbia Center, a classroom facility that seats 30 people, is available for rent at a member rate $375 per day. Non-members may rent the space for $475 per day. Half-day rentals are available Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. The half-day fees are $225 for members and $275 for non-members.

The MACPA offers a food / beverage service, or you may arrange for your own. Food service is $15 per person; beverage service is $3 per person.

The MACPA's Columbia computer lab seats 12 and is available for rent at a member rate of $550 per day ($450 per additional day). Beverage service is included in this rental. Food service is an additional $15 per person.
