What happens when I select "Remember my ID on this computer?"

By checking the box that reads, "Remember my ID on this computer," you are storing your login information on the computer you are currently using to gain access to members-only areas of the MACPA Web site. If you share this computer with others, they will be able to login, as you, to the members-only areas of our Web site. Please use discretion.

There are two "log in" security instances on the MACPA Web site:

To allow or deny access to the members-only areas of the Web site.
To allow or deny access to e-commerce activities or other member-related transactions that require the exchange of personal data (i.e., member profiles, CPE transcripts, etc.)

Only the first security instance mentioned above (security for members-only pages) will allow the "Remember my ID" function to work. You will be prompted to login to access pages that contain personal data — the second security instance above.

Note: All electronic transmissions that contain personal information are encrypted by VeriSign as they are transported from the Web site to the MACPA.
