Members as authors
- William I. Eskin, CPA, recently authored a book entitled, Construction Contractors: Real-World Guide to Accounting & Auditing. The book is published by Bisk, Inc.
- Raymond Speciale, CPA, is the author of Aircraft Ownership: A Legal and Tax Guide. The book was published in June 2003 by McGraw-Hill.
- Shirley Appleby, CPA, is the author of Death and Taxes, a fictional novel in which a CPA helps solve a Maryland-based murder.
- Dr. Stephen E. Loeb, the Ernst & Young Alumni Professor of Accounting and Business Ethics at the Robert H. Smith School of Business of the University of Maryland, is the editor of Our Past, Our Future — 100 Years of CPAs in Maryland, 1901-2001. Other MACPA members who contributed to the book are M.
