Prior to joining Oracle, served as chief information technology officer for Prince George’s County, as a manager in KPMG’s Information Risk Management practice, and with Motorola’s U.S. Federal Market’s Division as a systems integration program manager. Began her career at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center, where she served in numerous leadership roles. Speaks at local schools as part of the MACPA’s Career Awareness Program. Recipient of one of InfoWorld's 25 “CTO of the Year” awards for 2004.

Frequently writes articles on accounting, taxation of management issues of interest to clients. Member of the boards of directors of the Ethics Resource Center, the Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber of Commerce, the Create Expressive Arts Center and the National Academy of Photography.
