Arthur E. Flach, CPA

Notable: An MACPA member since 1981. A member of the MACPA’s Legislative Strategy Committee and Legislative Executive Committee. A former member of the MACPA’s Public Relations Committee, the Estate, Gift and Estate Planning Committee and the Accounting Reform Implementation Task Force, which implemented recommendations found in the MACPA’s white paper on accounting reform. Has frequently testified before the Maryland House of Delegates and the Maryland Senate on issues affecting the profession.

Notable: A MACPA member since 1976. Former member of the MACPA’s Accounting Reform Implementation Task Force and the Section 404 Strike Force. Former secretary / treasurer of the MACPA. Member of the AICPA Council and the AICPA’s Virtual Grassroots Panel. Secretary / treasurer of the Maryland Chamber of Commerce, Wake Forest University’s Calloway School of Business Board of Visitors, Villa Julie College Board of Trustees, Georgetown University’s Business School Mentor’s Program, the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges (AGE’s) and the Center Club’s Membership Committee.

Kimberly N. Ellison-Taylor, CPA
North American director, Oracle USA’s Public Sector, Oracle Corporation

Notable: An MACPA member since 2000. A member of the MACPA’s Technology Committee and the New / Young Professionals Network. Prior to joining Oracle, served as chief information technology officer for Prince George’s County, as a manager in KPMG’s Information Risk Management practice, and with Motorola’s U.S. Federal Market’s Division as a systems integration program manager. Began her career at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center, where she served in numerous leadership roles. Speaks at local schools as part of the MACPA’s Career Awareness Program. Recipient of one of InfoWorld's 25 “CTO of the Year” awards for 2004.

Notable: An MACPA member since 1991. Serves on the AICPA’s Business and Industry Executive Committee and Financial Executives International’s Committee on Private Companies. Has served as chair of the MACPA’s Business and Industry Committee and on various task forces from time to time for both the AICPA and the MACPA. A discussion leader for professional development programs offered by the AICPA and the MACPA’s Business Learning Institute, addressing topics focused on financial  concepts related to business management. Serves on the Board of Directors for Special Olympics Maryland.
