Sponsorship and exhibition opportunities:
Here's how to get the attention of our CPAs.  

MACPA conferences and special events are the best venues to tell business leaders about your products or services. CPAs influence the buying decisions of their companies as well as many of their clients. The conferences are targeted to specific groups of CPAs and attract 100 - 400 attendees, providing unique opportunities for you to deliver your company's message to a targeted audience.
 
Conferences are held in easily accessed locations, mainly central Maryland, and are set up to encourage to mingle, network and dine with our members. You won't get lost on a cold exhibit floor -- an all-too-often dilemma at some mega conferences.
 

Conference sponsorship: $2,500

  • One six-foot exhibit table will be provided for displaying product literature.
  • Your company name will be prominently displayed at the conference.
  • Your company logo will appear on print and electronic promotional material, including targeted e-mail broadcasts.
  • One full-page company advertisement to be published in the conference materials.
  • One full-page company advertisement to be published in one issue of the Statement magazine (circulation 10,000, value = $1,000).
  • One company banner advertisement or logo will appear on the chosen conference'sWeb page 30 days prior to the event.
  • The company banner advertisement or logo will click through to company Web site.
  • A few minutes to speak from the podium at the conference.
  • Lunch for up to four staff.
  • List of conference attendees. 

Exhibitors: $500-$600*

As an exhibitor at any of the MACPA’s high-quality conferences or regional programs, you will be able to discuss your product or service face to face with a targeted audience. Here is what you will get:
 
  • One six-foot exhibit table for displaying product literature.
  • Meals for two exhibitors.
  • One half-page company advertisement to be published in the conference materials.
  • List of conference attendees.
  • Lunch for up to two exhibitors.

*All exhibitor rates are $500 with the exception of "Government/Not-for-Profit" and the "Business and Industry" conferences that are $600 each.
